Ceiling Cleaning

Our specially produced solutions remove soil residues such as: soot, smoke, oil, nicotine, wax, cooking vapours, aerosol dirt layers and many other kinds of soiling from porous (acoustical tiles) and non-porous (metal, plastic, vinyl, treated wood, etc.) ceiling and wall surfaces.

We are a CeilingPro International licensed dealer which allows us to use CPI products, cleaning equipment and procedures to achieve best possible results for you.

It works by forcing a change in the molecular structure of the soiling, while causing no damage to the surface of the ceiling or wall. The tiles then absorb the formulation which attacks the remaining embedded soils and eventually superfine particles fall to protective drop sheets. It will also sterilize and kill all the germs. 

Conventional Ceiling Cleaning methods are not very effective and can damage the tiles or leave them streaked and patchy. 

Painting is a poor alternative - it seals in dirt and micro organisms. These can very costly and might become fire and health hazards. Painting also renders the acoustic properties of the tile  useless which can result in a noisey echoing effect in the areas environment.

If cleaning is simply not enough we also offer Acoustical Recoat™ ceiling finish - ceiling tiles are completely restored in one coat. Grids, recessed lighting fixtures and speaker plates can be coated at the same time so that the entire ceiling is given a completely new appearance—at less than half the cost of replacing tiles!
